Description:
We currently have the need for highly motivated Project Manger to join our team. The individual selected for this role will work closely with all members of the team to plan and drive the full software development lifecycle.
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
The individual filling this role will also be responsible for ensuring open communication of all aspects of the project plan and the tracking of progress throughout development.
The individual filling this role will facilitate the planning of iterations and then drive accountability for delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:
Manage agile development projects consisting of cross functional teams.
Drive the release and iteration plans.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that the goals and milestones are understood.
Ensure that the project tracking system, including documents stored under Microsoft Project and those found in TeamTrack, is used and kept up to date.
Generate reports indicating appropriate metrics and other project indicators.
Run project retrospectives and help implement the process improvements identified during those meetings.
Scrum background and experience (Scrum Master Certification- not required).
