This unit provides a comparison of Object-Oriented projects to traditional
projects with special focus on differences in project management. Differences
are approached from the perspective of the system user, the developer,
and the IT manager. This unit is designed to help managers in the transition
process.

Object-Oriented, how those differences will impact the development team,
and strategies for transitioning to Object-Oriented projects.
