Cancellation Policy
PTI reserves the right to cancel or change a class and will strive to provide reasonable notice of the cancellation or change except in an emergency. The customer will be entitled to a full refund of any fee paid to PTI in the event of a cancellation or a change to the course date, but the customer shall not be entitled to compensation for costs or damages that arise from such cancellations.

PTI Pledge
PTI pledges that all classes taught in any manner will be conducted in a professional manner in accordance with generally recognized practices and standards. PTI pledges to provide appropriately qualified and experienced instructors to deliver the training material. PTI pledges that it will not knowingly include any copyrighted material in our training manuals or other course materials without a license or without the consent of the copyright owner. PTI pledges that all personnel provided by PTI are employees of PTI.

Authorization & Obligations of the Customer
All training engagements for on-site classes must be supported by a written confirmation unless otherwise noted by PTI. PTI reserves the right to refuse training services if a written confirmation has not been provided by the customer when requested by PTI. All customers are responsible for determining whether or not they are suitably qualified and experienced to attend the class in accordance with the published prerequisites.

Copyrights
Copyright and all intellectual property rights for all PTI course material shall remain the property of PTI. The customer agrees not to reproduce, sell or copy PTI course material, except for the purposes of post course reference or with the consent by PTI. The copying of software for activities outside the scope of a PTI training class is not permitted nor allowed.
